PHP is a full-day program (5–6 hours/day), usually five days per week. IOP is more flexible, with fewer hours (typically 3 hours/day) and options for daytime or evening scheduling.

Yes. We offer virtual sessions for eligible patients based in Montana. Your clinical team will help determine if telehealth is a good fit.

We’ll coordinate your transfer to our licensed residential and detox program in San Diego. If you qualify through the VA Community Care Network, travel may be fully covered.

Yes. For local outpatient care, we may be able to offer free transportation assistance. For higher levels of care, we assist with full travel coordination.
