Explore Our Levels of Care
Solara Mental Health offers a full continuum of care—so whether you’re taking your first step into treatment or transitioning out of a residential setting, we have a level of care that fits your needs, schedule, and goals.
All programs are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and exclusively designed for Active Duty, Veterans, and Military Families. Our team will guide you to the right starting point and support you at every stage.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers trauma-informed care several days a week—ideal for individuals who are returning to work, school, or home life but still need consistent support. With customizable scheduling, IOP helps you stay grounded in care while building momentum in recovery. Travel to and from our San Diego facility is fully covered for eligible patients.
PHP is our most intensive outpatient option—ideal for those stepping down from inpatient care or needing more support than weekly therapy. Clients attend up to 6 hours/day of structured programming, including trauma-focused therapy, psychiatry, and wellness practices, and return home in the evening.
